Matt Braver
AEA, SAG/AFTRA Elig.

Matt is a New York-based actor/voice-over/musician/singer/occasional-dancer born and raised in sunny, scorchingly hot Tempe, Arizona. He began performing at a young age in various choral groups and excelled as an instrumentalist (or as others preferred, band nerd) in high school playing the piano, flute, piccolo, and saxophone. It wasn’t until after his younger sister insisted that he audition for a community theater production of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” when he was 16 that he decided to switch gears from music to the other, equally practical profession of acting.

He went on to receive a degree in Musical Theater from the University of Northern Colorado and moved to New York City shortly afterward to pursue a career on The Broad-Way. Along the way he has been fortunate to work in some amazing regional theaters including the St. Louis MUNY, where he most recently played Flotsam in “The Little Mermaid,” and the Goodspeed Opera House in the premiere of “Band Geeks!” His voice can be heard used for products and brands ranging from Wendy’s to Scholastic children’s books.
